Usually I don’t share much about my own personal life. ย Iย Always tray to be a good example and guide to all of you…

The last 24 hours many things have happened in my life; including a MRI in my brain and Cervical Spine.

What I try to impress ย here is how life bring us challenging moments time to time. ย Like self-training to be patient, to be grounded and to be optimistic.

Well now, I am not sure if I pass all this test successfully? ย but I always found the love and contort in true friends that really love not matter what happens. ย and who are always there with loving and kind words to give mourishment and love.

Was I ready for that? Not really? No way! I spend some time lost in translation with my self. ย In another way I was ready for that any way…

I can teach now being more acknowledgeable of life, suffering, pain, feeling of loneliness and facing fear as a Peaceful Warrior.

And exactly yesterday when I was waiting for my MRI in my Brain, I got this amazing gift of rewards, gift of luck, gift to all this time I am dedicating my life to all of you.

Practice Loving Kindness when are you in Meditation in Movement, Yoga Asanas are for ย nourishes your dharma, or your life’s purpose.

Begin by lying on your side with your elbow directly under your shoulder. ย Place the opposite hand on the floor in front of the navel for support, and stack your feet. ย Firmly press in the the forearm, palm, and feet while extending through your legs to elevate your hips. ย Cinch the bottom side-waist, and reach your opposite arm strongly toward the ceiling to avoid collapsing your bottom shoulder. ย Maintain alignment between the crown of the head, the hips, and the arches of the feet. ย To increase the intensity of this pose lower and lift your pelvis.281545_10151284728740152_409696697_n

Invoke Peace

Om, Shanti, Shanti, Shanti – Om Peace, Peace, Peace

this mantra is an invocation of peace, often repeated at the end of a session of practice. ย It has two functions. first, it affirms that peace is available to us at any moment that we choose to tune in to it. ย Second, repeating this mantra helps to create more peace in the world, because according to yoga philosophy, when we call something into being with a pure heart and a focused mind, we are using our consciousness to shape reality. ย This is in fact the primary purpose of all mantras; ย They are tools to manifest intention. ย When you do this with full faith, devotion, and focused intention, you will create greater opportunities for peace in all of these realms. ย Namaste

Yoga with Luz

I have the chance to be part of Luzโ€™s yoga class , because even if she has always a lot of studentโ€™s requests for integrating her classes, she keeps a high quality of listening (in keeping most of the time only semi private group), and pays attention to how is your body, and your mind not only the first time you go to the class but every single moment of the class, and she gives very interesting explanations in the same time about the different types of yoga, the origin,the anatomy, the benefits of each pose. Moreover, she adapts the mouvement and advice you about modification if you have any specific problem.
Sheโ€™s doing restorative yoga as well for people with injury, and use and like to improve her knowledge in reading,teaching, doing specific worshop around the world regularly, and always in touch with physiotherpapist, osteopathโ€ฆetc
I am very thankful to her because she is always acting in a positive way to make you feel motivate and well in your body and mind.

A Pilates reformer workout is one of the most popular workouts due to the increase in classes offered on this spring loaded machine.

Pilates reformer benefits are plenty but mostly the reformer works to strengthen and correct posture of the legs and helps to realign the torso and increase strength in the upper body.

I met Luz 3 years ago. She was a Pilates instructor and I started to work with her. She helped me to build on the essence and principles of the J. Pilates work by incorporating modern knowledge about my body.

I take yoga classes with her and cycling classes . I can not tell which class is better.
In all these classes, she was focusing ona strenghth, flexibility and endurance, without risking injury or building bulk. Luz helped me to restore the curves of my spine, relieve tension and enhance self-confidence.
I have got balanced and aligned body that looks fit(I hope so!!!),I feel revitalized and I move with ease.
She inspired me to become Pilates instructor.

Ayurveda Tonic

Spiced yogi tea is a delicious, warning drink which will help to reduce excess kapha.

1/2 teaspoon dry ginger

4 whole cardamom pods

5 cloves

1 large cinnamon stick

a pinch of black pepper or pippali (Indian long pepper)

600 ml/1 pint 21/2 cups spring water

30 ml/2tbsp goat milk or organic soya milk

1 Mix the spices together in saucepan

2 Add the spring water and boil half the liquid.

3 Turn off the heat and add the goat’s milk or soya milk.

4 Stir and strain the liquid.

 Serve hot.
