Here in Qatar we getting ready for another sunny summer; so better to get your mind and body in to shape for the summer.
As you know how important is keep your body in good shape not just for look good you will feel much better after each session. Always remember drink plenty water and follow a healthy food. Honestly I don’t like to talk of “diet” because I believe that food is our friend, so please have plenty of healthy food, natural ingredients, read the label and have balance and moderation. And don’t forget your cardiovascular exercise; if is good for me is good for you!
