To All LuzLife Students,
Feliz Navidad and a Merry Christmas to all of you! Thank you for your support throughout this hectic, crazy and wonderful 2018. I wish you and your family all the best for a joyous Holiday Season. May you share the Joy and Love of the season with your good friends and your loved ones. I pray for Peace on Earth and Good Will to all for the Holidays and for 2019. May we all be kinder and gentler to each other, friends and strangers, in 2019.
As a reminder, I will be teaching a workshop and private sessions in Barcelona, Spain from December 26 through January 7, 2019. Also, I will be in Los Angeles from January 18 through January 21 to continue my Pilates education with my mentor, Jay Grimes, who studied directly with Joseph Pilates in the 1960s. I am very proud to be asked to teach at the very prestigious Barcelona Workshops in Spain and it is always important to further my education and expertise, which is why I am going to Los Angeles.
I apologize for any inconvenience and, as always, I thank you all for your great work and for your support of the Classical Pilates System that I am so blessed to bring to Roanoke.
