Estoy contenta de estar de vuelta en casa y trabajar en lo que me gusta.

Aquí estoy respondiendo mails y notas sobre las sesiones solicitadas;  las energías de LuzLife están consiguiendo aligerar y más fuerte en la paz de manera plena . Después de mi primer entrenamiento este año en Yin Yoga y cumplir y conocer muchas personas de todo este hermoso planeta llamado Tierra. Estaba destinado a ser en este momento.

Enseñando Pilates de la raíz , mezclando mi presente con mi propia experiencia y vuestra necesidades, dando equilibrio y una guía honesta en la forma en que tenemos que salir de dolor y rigidez en algún momento puede ser emocional o mental.

Nuestro cuerpo está diseñado para moverse y fluir ; nuestra vida diaria tendría que ser un ejemplo de quietud, la paz y la libertad de circulación necesita de la libertad de la mente.

Una Actitud Positiva

Una mente positiva para mantener nuestro cuerpo y alma en una actitud positiva , cuando estamos frente a cualquier situación, hay que recordar a nosotros mismos el respeto y cuidado por los demás. No deje que la mente ocupada muestre el dominio de su existencia y pueda  herir a los demás.

Una actitud positiva, significa mucho para nuestra existencia humana, la actitud es todo en la vida, es como el azúcar o la sal que ponemos en nuestros alimentos.  El buen gusto o mal gusto … todo dependerá de que la forma en que nos manifestemos en el tiempo presente.
Hace unas semanas atrás aquí en mi blog que estaba hablando “Daily Sankalpa ” bueno, aquí estamos vinculados “Daily Sankalpa o una meta diaria de vida con una actitud positiva ” como el Yin y el Yan, que dos elementos llevar a la práctica real, permite que podamos ver claramente con otro perspectiva de futuro y otras energías, seguro energías mejor y más fuerte que antes.

Buda dijo:

” Para mantener el cuerpo en buena salud es un deber … de lo contrario no seremos capaces de mantener nuestra mente fuerte y clara. ”

¡Sí! tenemos que mantener nuestra casa limpia y bien organizados de otra manera no podemos encontrar nada fácil. Tenemos que mantener nuestro cuerpo y mente en armonía con el universo y mantener una actitud positiva, no importa lo que está sucediendo a tu alrededor! Manténgase saludable desde dentro.

No expectations, breath and flow

We are very close to the end of the calendar of 2013, getting ready for celebration and put away all what is not longer serve you or help you in your path.

Is coming to my mind at this time, about expectation and how we hope so many changes or better communications with others or even our love one.

Life is bring us a spectacular training every time that we collapsed or get disappointed for external energies.

Today I was teaching Total Pilates and at the same time talking about “No expectation” at this time was very clear to me and I was very secure about “no expectations” and my student got it!

Latter on I found my self trapped in external energies that no longer serve me, and I am still doing the same mistake; founded empty and sad.  I was observe how I can be so fragile when this happen; I guess I was tired or just blind of my own present.

Learning from my own experience and teaching the way out helping me in so many ways.  Now I am in peace, I got my lunch and cleaning my path, one more time!

Expect less or better nothing from external situation and people that drained you; but more from yourself and your own energies.

No expectation is the Key!

Time to Training, Yin Yoga

I am flowing to my first Teaching Training during the month of January 2014.  I will be out of Qatar until January 23t of 2014.

The word Love is so over-used that it has become almost an empty word. I am not talking here about an empty word.  I am talking about LOVE, not just the thought in our head.  It is the complete and physical wave of frequency in our bodies.  Om, Shanti, Peace, Shanti.

Peace is Love, Love is Peace we cant live without this unconditional energies.

Basic Politeness, loving kindness daily practice
Showing politeness is not difficult. It is simple to say “please”, “thank you”, “you are welcome”, and “excuse me”, “Stay well” ,”you first” , “How are you feeling today?”, “Thanks for let me know”, “Have great day”, “keep breathing”, “Love you!”, “All the Best!”.  These phrases show that a person is considerate of others. Even if someone is rude, and not your favorite person it is better to be polite to them rather than sinking to their level.  To be kindness is something that we need have daily practice to softener the muscles of our heart and open up our mind a better perspective.  I am keeping myself practicing every day, some days I do great some other I became low in energies.  So when this happened to me I just take my recovery time and spend some time alone to relax and meditation is my best friend.
When we are not mastering basic politeness our mind and body still can remind bulky and disconnected from present moment.
Let practice every day in our life; you will see how a whole transformation in your Body, Mind and Soul.  Have kindness with you and with others is a basic workout and have infinite levels.  Beginner, Medium and Advance where you can master your own Basic Politeness and loving kindness with the Universe.

At the same time when we are breathing consciously we created our own immune system, we created connection between our mind, internal organs and the universe.

Chanting the Mantra OM is part of my daily practice every morning before to start to teach; to give to my students or client; my best.  Working as well in my daily Sankalpa is primordial to keep my mind and body still.

Om is the primordial throb of the universe. It is the sound form of Atma (Consciousness). -Maitri Upanishad c.800-8– B.C.E.)

Changing the Mantra Om three times is a very good way to begin our breathing practices.  When you prolong the sound, you became aware of the new energies that going into your body as you are chanting.  Om is also a wonderful way to enter in meditation.

I am having the sensation that I just born in my new skin; after complete seven months of Anterior Cervical Spine with implants.  I am just enfolding and exposing my personal path here.  My new life come back; I am feeling the position inner power,my root, my panic going away from my body and mind.

I have spent many days of this year 2013, working and modify every single movements to be able to move with freedom; working, living and feeling like somebody is stopping from my neck and suffering from pain and stiffnes and a lot of emotional feeling.

Still I need to complete a year of this new Path; what I like to share here is transmit to you that we can have break… but never give up! we are ALIVE

Clearly, the balance between the upper spine with arms, reaching into the Universe and my lower extremety getting grounded, helping me to enfolding my winds.
