LuzLife, Private instructor and Pilates master. Luz A. Lovern has her own studio and clinic that is kitted out with every piece of equipment you can think of.
Here she does one-one-one sessions, especially with people who have back and spinal injuries, but also host group sessions that she like to call “Pilates Express”. ”Life at lunch time”, she tells us, “people come over here, you can arrange with your friends, and you can do an express session” She’ll teach four to six peoples in classes like this, as she believes ay more will ruin the focus of the group.
