Luz A. Lovern, for the last six months have been working in her own Method of Rehabilitation, learning for her body issues, facing fears and moving forward. She can say: “We are our own Master of our body, mind and soul. We are the only one that we know how much pain or how much we need to wait, we are the only one capable to know our self. We can not just depend of our teacher, we need to be master of our own freedom be able to fly beyond”.
