No expectations, breath and flow

We are very close to the end of the calendar of 2013, getting ready for celebration and put away all what is not longer serve you or help you in your path.

Is coming to my mind at this time, about expectation and how we hope so many changes or better communications with others or even our love one.

Life is bring us a spectacular training every time that we collapsed or get disappointed for external energies.

Today I was teaching Total Pilates and at the same time talking about “No expectation” at this time was very clear to me and I was very secure about “no expectations” and my student got it!

Latter on I found my self trapped in external energies that no longer serve me, and I am still doing the same mistake; founded empty and sad.  I was observe how I can be so fragile when this happen; I guess I was tired or just blind of my own present.

Learning from my own experience and teaching the way out helping me in so many ways.  Now I am in peace, I got my lunch and cleaning my path, one more time!

Expect less or better nothing from external situation and people that drained you; but more from yourself and your own energies.

No expectation is the Key!

Estamos muy cerca del final del calendario de 2013, preparándose para la celebración y nos despojamos de todo lo que ya no nos sirve y nos dificulta nuestro camino interior.

En este momento se viene a mi mente y cuerpo, sobre las expectativas y cómo esperamos muchos cambios o una mejor comunicación con los demás, o incluso nuestros mas cercanos.

La vida es un gimnasio espectacular donde podemos entrenar nuestra mente y cuerpo y ser mas inteligentes en la medida que practicamos estar alertas a las decepciones o bajas de energías externas.

Hoy día yo estaba enseñando Pilates y al mismo tiempo hablando de ” No expectativas ” en este momento estaba muy claro para mí y yo estaba muy seguro acerca de ” sin expectativas ”

Luego de clases me encontré a mi misma  auto atrapada en energías externas que ya no me sirven, y todavía estoy haciendo el mismo error; que solo me provoca vacío y ser triste. Observo cómo puedo ser tan frágil en esos instantes; de seguro cuando esto suceda nuevamente; actuare con mas luminosidad e inteligencia, supongo que estaba cansada o simplemente ciega de mi propio presente.

Aprender de mi propia experiencia y la enseñanza que me deja es muy valiosa y la comparto con todos vosotros.

Ahora estoy en paz , tengo mi almuerzo y la limpieza de mi camino , una vez más!

Cuente con menos o mejor nada de la situación externa y la gentes que solo despiertan emociones negativas; Tenga grande expectativas de usted mismo  y de sus propias energías.

Time to Training, Yin Yoga

I am flowing to my first Teaching Training during the month of January 2014.  I will be out of Qatar until January 23t of 2014.

To start the new year with a training is great way to feeling my bones, and my entire existence back step by step.  Learning again and again like continuing flow… live river in continue movements to the news energies.

The word Love is so over-used that it has become almost an empty word. I am not talking here about an empty word.  I am talking about LOVE, not just the thought in our head.  It is the complete and physical wave of frequency in our bodies.  Om, Shanti, Peace, Shanti.

Peace is Love, Love is Peace we cant live without this unconditional energies.
