Today at 4 months and 2 weeks of Surgery Anterior Cervical Spine with Fusion (C4 C5 and C6 and two artificial bones implants that keep me in my daily Rehabilitation program designed by LuzLife Total Pilates, with the support of and advice of my Spines doctors.
Connecting my body, my mind and my soul to this new state has being painful and very challenging. Was a tremendous impact in my life and my career. I was devastated and deeply sad at this time. All has being changing my life is completly new!. In another hand I was learning the most amazing lesson here. Just like to be pure Peace Warrior…
So many of you they encourage me and send me good energies and all was working in the most beautiful way. Thanks to all form my honest heart.
Today I am need to wait for another 8 months to have total fusion. For this moments I am not taking any minute for granted! I am happy and in love to be alive!. Back to my work, devoted to my students and feeling the love of all of you out there.
