In honor to Joseph H. Pilates after he died we called “Pilates” before the original name was Contrology, the art of the movements according my own experience as a Pilates practitioner and Teacher of Pilates Method I can said very honest that I keep alive the legacy of empower others in Pilates – Contrology Method and helping you to develop your Physical fitness that is the first requisite of happiness. that Joseph H.
