Flow: Pilates exercise is done in a flowing manner. Fluidity, grace, and ease are goals applied to all exercises. The energy of an exercise connects all body parts and flows through the body in an even way. Already back in Qatar and I am being working with all of you.  Thanks very much for all your beautiful feedback and greeting.   I just completed a teaching training in Yin Yoga Teacher Training, Anatomy, Theory and Practice with Sebastian Pucelle and Murielle Burellier www.with-yinyoga.com

I will be back to fly again this time for Pilates and Apparatus training with my original School  and Pilates Master Pilates Body&Flow; refreshing and reenergize my path as a Pilates Teacher.

The Energies of Yin Yoga

When I am sitting here and moving, breathing with freedom again; coming to my mind is how Yin Yoga is helping me at this moments, how these beautiful energies that are coming and going in between my muscles, bones and connective tissues, flowing from within.
I choose to go step by step with patience, let it go and trust.  For this I have chosen Yin Yoga Teaching Training; listening carefully my heart and listening my body.  Of course my mind was scare and afraid.  I was also.
The choose of my teacher this time was meant to be.
Practicing and Teaching for years Yoga, Reiki, Pilates and Cycling Coach; keep me in balance for a while; but I knew something very important was missing.
Today I am moving with freedom of mind and free from pain.  Working in my own path and cleaning the Spiritual Fitness, I am mending my own mind, body and soul.
Get connected with fascia and learned how the net working in marvelous way; how important is to have the freedom and let the light flow from inside out.  Is something that I was experience in this training, and was beyond.  Actually I did not have any expectation; I was just there to learn from the roots from the core of my path.
Learning more and more about anatomy, physiology and how we are all conected and how unix we are.  And over all loving kindness for ourself.
This experience has being the most remarkable in the last 7 months after my new Path.  The most positive answer I get from outside.  At the begining was very hard to face all again with courage and determination, because I knew was not the end for me.  I am sure has being a test for detox and purify the way I was teaching and living.

Going back to training again, this time I choose one more time Yin Yoga to harmonize my body, mind and soul.

A positive mind keep our body and soul in a positive attitude; when we are in front of any situation; we must remember ourself respect and care for others.  Don’t let the rush of the busy mind to domain your existence and hurt others.

A positive Attitude, mean a lot for our human existence, attitude is everything in life, is like sugar or salt that we put in our foods.  Taste good or taste bad… all depend that how we became present.

Fews weeks ago here in my blog I was talking about “Daily Sankalpa” well,  here we linked “Daily Sankalpa with a Positive attitude” like Yin and Yan, that two element bring to the real practice, allowed to us to see clearly with another perspective of future and another energies, for sure better and stronger energies than before.

Buddha said:

“To keep the body in good health is a duty…otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear.”

Yes! we need to keep our house clean and well organize in another way we can find nothing easily.  We need to keep our body and mind in harmony with the Universe and keep a positive Attitude, no matter what is happening around you! Stay healthy from within.

No expectations, breath and flow

We are very close to the end of the calendar of 2013, getting ready for celebration and put away all what is not longer serve you or help you in your path.

Is coming to my mind at this time, about expectation and how we hope so many changes or better communications with others or even our love one.

Life is bring us a spectacular training every time that we collapsed or get disappointed for external energies.

Today I was teaching Total Pilates and at the same time talking about “No expectation” at this time was very clear to me and I was very secure about “no expectations” and my student got it!

Latter on I found my self trapped in external energies that no longer serve me, and I am still doing the same mistake; founded empty and sad.  I was observe how I can be so fragile when this happen; I guess I was tired or just blind of my own present.

Learning from my own experience and teaching the way out helping me in so many ways.  Now I am in peace, I got my lunch and cleaning my path, one more time!

Expect less or better nothing from external situation and people that drained you; but more from yourself and your own energies.

No expectation is the Key!

The word Love is so over-used that it has become almost an empty word. I am not talking here about an empty word.  I am talking about LOVE, not just the thought in our head.  It is the complete and physical wave of frequency in our bodies.  Om, Shanti, Peace, Shanti.

Peace is Love, Love is Peace we cant live without this unconditional energies.

Have Peaceful Time and Stay friendly to the Universe.

Basic Politeness, loving kindness daily practice
Showing politeness is not difficult. It is simple to say “please”, “thank you”, “you are welcome”, and “excuse me”, “Stay well” ,”you first” , “How are you feeling today?”, “Thanks for let me know”, “Have great day”, “keep breathing”, “Love you!”, “All the Best!”.  These phrases show that a person is considerate of others. Even if someone is rude, and not your favorite person it is better to be polite to them rather than sinking to their level.  To be kindness is something that we need have daily practice to softener the muscles of our heart and open up our mind a better perspective.  I am keeping myself practicing every day, some days I do great some other I became low in energies.  So when this happened to me I just take my recovery time and spend some time alone to relax and meditation is my best friend.
When we are not mastering basic politeness our mind and body still can remind bulky and disconnected from present moment.
Let practice every day in our life; you will see how a whole transformation in your Body, Mind and Soul.  Have kindness with you and with others is a basic workout and have infinite levels.  Beginner, Medium and Advance where you can master your own Basic Politeness and loving kindness with the Universe.
