Listening my Heart

1374222_603108043082721_785659569_nI believe in second opportunity. Also I believe in what my heart is telling me right now, Qatar is not safe for Cyclist, or outdoor Sport no way!

The internal and external conditions of my body and mind at this present moment telling me to resigned the INDIA Trial Time this morning,  no one guaranty or have safe procedures is on the list.  For me is not “Just for Fun”

I am not giving up! I am acting with body awareness.  Apparently I am the only one that know how my body and mind moving freeness every day.  Still I am in recovery state and even need to wait for run or hight impact until June 2014.

Apologies if you are disappointed… Just I don’t listen Egos anymore! I don’t need that in my path.  I need Peace and Loving Kindness.

Hope I can Ride my bike in more safe environment.

I am helping my students also to understand the anatomy of the body, mind and soul.

I am back to you as much I can, regrets if I am answer not too fast.  If you are waiting for free slot at LuzLife Private Studio for a while, regrets I have very few cancelations and the slot are booked for months with regular clients.
 Nevertheless I am working in creating a Fast Tract Workshop in Pilates and Prenatal Pilates to help you and where we can be creative in Pilates Method together.

Before beginning your exercise program at LuzLife Studio , you will have a personal interview and physical assessment,  where you will have the tailored day program by Luz Lovern.  Please advice your medical and physical condition.

Appointment Time
Each Private Session is based on a 60 minutes of work.
Payment
All appointments must be paid before of each session. This will reserve the time that you have booked and will also help you commit to your training goals.
Cancellation Policy
 All the Privates Session should be are subject to a strict 24 cancellation deadline.  If you are unable to attend please contact me immediately by mobile +974 5570 0967 also you can contact my personal assistant Jeramae at +974 7703 3534
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit your session and full session cost will be charged.
LuzLife Studio reserves the right to cancel the session if you are not committed to the program.

Showing politeness is not difficult. It is simple to say “please”, “thank you”, “you are welcome”, and “excuse me”, “Stay well” ,”you first” , “How are you feeling today?”, “Thanks for let me know”, “Have great day”, “keep breathing”, “Love you!”, “All the Best!”.  These phrases show that a person is considerate of others. Even if someone is rude, and not your favorite person it is better to be polite to them rather than sinking to their level.  To be kindness is something that we need have daily practice to softener the muscles of our heart and open up our mind a better perspective.  I am keeping myself practicing every day, some days I do great some other I became low in energies.  So when this happened to me I just take my recovery time and spend some time alone to relax and meditation is my best friend.

When we are not mastering basic politeness our mind and body still can remind bulky and disconnected from present moment.

Let practice every day in our life; you will see how a whole transformation in your Body, Mind and Soul.  Have kindness with you and with others is a basic workout and have infinite levels.  Beginner, Medium and Advance where you can master your own Basic Politeness and loving kindness with the Universe.

Return to Life through Contrology

1384162_562025863852231_1940243093_n The Pilates Method  is more than fitness system, is a Universe where we learn how to breath, how to move, how to walk and how to flow and how we be present.

Was developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates. Pilates wrote at least two books about the Pilates method: Return to Life through Contrology and Your Health: A Corrective System of Exercising That Revolutionizes the Entire Field of Physical Education. Pilates called his method The Art of Contrology, which refers to the way the method encourages the use of the mind to control the muscles. It is an exercise program that focuses on the core postural muscles that help keep the body balanced and are essential to providing support for the spine. In particular, Pilates Method teach awareness of neutral alignment of the spine and strengthening the deep postural muscles that support this alignment, which are important to help alleviate and prevent back pain and other musculoskeletal issues.

Thought Contrology we achieve better life.  I can experience beyond of the multiples training I have done.  Pilates Method; has being helping me in my own Rehab program.  Honestly I can say “I am Return to Life Thought Contrology” is a motivating book originally published in 1945.

About Yoga

Practicing Yoga at the age of 15 years old. Including Meditation, Pranayama and Asana practice.  Lecture of Yoga Sutras.

To all of my faithful students, thanks you for a wonderful year so far working with all of you. Just to remind you all, in need to reconfirm everyone’s appointments so I can invite people on the waiting list if space becomes available.

Also, as a kind reminder, payment for your classes is needed in advance of the session. Anyone who has amounts owed from classes previously taken or for purchase of any fitness item is requested to clear those amounts along with the fee for their next class before beginning their next class.
