I have so much to share at this moment; my life and entire existence have a changed perspective.  It’s time to move on to more meaningful pursuits.  I am delight to share with all of you one of is my precious book that is with me from the time I got my life back fews months ago, nothing is for granted, nothing is for sure; but to be happy and help others with enlightenment and clear energies to creating inner peace and more happy  world.  We can do all together, we are all available to be happy!  by Luz A. Cherishing Others as a Way to Happiness.

Mistake: being Egotistical

Could you put others first, and considered yourself next?  Surprisingly, perhaps, you will find that this approach works even from a selfish viewpoint.  Let me explain how this is possible.  You want happiness and do not want suffering, and if you show other people kindness, love, and respect, they will respond in kind, increasing your happiness.  If you show other people anger and hatred, they will show you the same, and you will lose your own happiness.

So, I say, If you are selfish, be “wisely selfish”.  Ordinary selfishness focuses only on your own needs, but if you are wisely selfish, you will treat everyone just as well as you now treat those close to you.  this strategy will produce more satisfaction for you, and more happiness.  So, even from a selfish viewpoint, you get better results by respecting others, serving others, and reducing your own self-centeredness.

By wisely selfish.  Wise people serve others sincerely, putting the needs of others above their own.  The ultimate result will be that you will get more happiness.  The kind of selfishness that sets off fighting, quarreling, stealing harsh words -forgetting others people’s welfare, always thinking “I am, I am, I am” -will result in your own loss.  Others may speak nice words in front of you, but behind your back they will not speak so nicely.  They will make note of our selfishness and respond in kind.  They remedy is to be sincerely concerned with the well-being of others, and to act accordingly.

After all, even thought currently you may not be concerned with other people, you are very much concerned with yourself, no question about it, which mean that you must want to achieve a peaceful mind and a happier daily life.  The best way to do that is by practicing more kindness and tolerance.  There is no need to change the furniture in your house, or move to a new home.  Your neighbor may be very noisy, or very difficult, but so long as your own mind is calm and peaceful, neighbors will not bother you much.  If you are calm, even your enemy cannot disturb you.  However, if you are generally irritable, even when your best friend visits, you cannot became really happy.

This is why I say that you are better off being wisely selfish.  This way you can fulfill your selfish motive to be happy.  That is much better than being self-centered, or foolishly selfish, which will not succeed in bringing you more happiness.

Thy this approach.  I think you will be delighted with the result.

We all deserve to be Loved!

Today at 4 months and 2 weeks of Surgery Anterior Cervical Spine with Fusion (C4 C5 and C6 and two artificial bones implants that keep me in my daily Rehabilitation program designed by LuzLife Total Pilates, with the support of and advice of my Spines doctors.

Connecting my body, my mind and my soul to this new state has being painful and very challenging.  Was a tremendous impact in my life and my career.  I was devastated and deeply sad at this time.  All has being changing my life is completly new!.  In another hand I was learning the most amazing lesson here.  Just like to be pure Peace Warrior…

So many of you they encourage me and send me good energies and all was working in the most beautiful way.  Thanks to all form my honest heart.

Today I am need to wait for another 8 months to have total fusion.  For this moments I am not taking any minute for granted! I am happy and in love to be alive!.  Back to my work, devoted to my students and feeling the love of all of you out there. LuzLife, Spiritual Fitness has embracing the most demanding client: Me; I am learning in every session, learning the power of love, the power of the honest smile, the power of the flow, the power of to be patient with myself and listening carful my body.

The evaluation session is just by appointment only, Luz A. Lovern will reserve the time that is available at the moment.  And the cost is free charge.
Appointment Time
Each Private Session is based on a 60 minutes of work.
Payment
All appointments must be paid before of each session. This will reserve the time that you have booked and will also help you commit to your training goals.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations without 24 hours’ notice will mean that you will forfeit your session and will be charged.

I am a teacher and mentor inside and out and I would love to share with you my personal journey. Discovering my inner child, spreading all my loving kindness to humans, animals, and every other manifestation of energy.
This work is dedicated to all of you, who want to have a journey of discovery that will empower you at every stage of your life!

Choosing Yoga, Pilates Method, Garuda Method, Reiki and Indoor Cycling as a foundation for my journey – working with the Five Elements of our Mother Earth.

I have taken these disciplines and extracted the best from every angle adapting my personal philosophy to the knowledge “LuzLife, Spiritual Fitness. I’ve gained from my teachers, my students, and my own practice I have now put at your service.

About Yoga

Practicing Yoga at the age of 15 years old. Including Meditation, Pranayama and Asana practice.  Lecture of Yoga Sutras.

Drooping the Ego, Just do it!

Working at the Present moment and having meditation time.  Eating healthy and be a good and honest human.

Is not a secret, is not a complicate situation, just be open to the change, open to the universe and open to your self.

Have a nice cup of tea, water with lemon, candle meditation, chill out a bit.  Don’t expend what you don’t really need.  Clean your closet clean your body and mind.  Drop your worries, drop the Ego… detox your Path.

Luzlife Pilates Total – Musculoskeletal  Issues

There are many reasons why using Pilates is effective for conditioning and rehabilitation programs with clients having Fibromyalgia or other musculoskeletal issues.

Luzlife Pilates is a low impact program that focuses not only on core strength and stability,  but also on the use of breathing and breath exercise, applying the principals of  J.H. Pilates and Luz A. Lovern.

Breathing oxygenates blood and increases circulation to all regions of the body also relaxing the mind.

Recent studies show that breathing incorporated in exercise can increase relaxation of muscles and with the result of reduced tension.

A strong tendency for those suffering from Fibromyalgia or other muscular skeletal imbalance;  is to “disconnect” from their body.

LuzLife Pilates’  emphasis is on the connection of the mind, body and soul and can show to be a huge benefit in daily life.

The goal here is to promote the ability to participate and move with freedom from stiffness and pain.

In a LuzLife Pilates program, there is no exacerbation of symptoms.

The result can be a greatly improved sense of well being.

For musculoskeletal issues it also allows for the improvement in articular mobility of the spine in a very gentle and supported journey to a healthy and better life.

There are no limits and there is nothing to fear.

Being Ready for Change

Each morning I do practices of Yoga Meditation, Yoga Asanas and Total Pilates by LuzLife.  They are part of my daily routine, like a morning shower for my Spiritual Fitness.  Restoring the body, energizing the mind.
By the sunrise, I am already full of energy and able to cope in a much better way for whatever events coming in and impacting my path during the day.
Putting my mind in a calm and focused state and get ready to teach eveybody coming to LuzLife Private Studio.
Find the intention and use this for our next practice, for our next step.  Feeling the energy of a calming mental state can help our life and is reflected in our environment with more peace and more smiling faces, smiling from your inner child.
To be truly inspirational for your daily practice;  that way the mind will found solution and we can stay connected with other people and be more compassionate and respect what we see, what we write, what we do and what we accomplish.
Just want to share  my personal journey, I have been having sad and dissapointing experiences during this week.   It happened just now affecting my business when I order more equipment.  My heart is not yet really calm after that, even until now.  I feel distracted and hopeless. So that way I can feel that I am bring myself to the present moment and Being Ready for Change.
 I know that this happened for a reason; I need to plant good seeds in my path by keep on teaching and energizing my students, enlightening their soul.
After full day today of Rehabilitation in Pilates, Yoga, Cycling and sessions and Reiki; I am sharing peace and a happier path.
We need to work for offer the means to transform ourself and, ultimately, change the world.
Stay healthy from within and be honest with others.  Respect and Compassionate should be included in our daily practice.  Ignorance and arrogance are becoming epidemic disease; we need to get high dosage of awareness and increase our immune system.
Be strong and fit from the core of our heart is our duty!
