Showing politeness is not difficult. It is simple to say “please”, “thank you”, “you are welcome”, and “excuse me”, “Stay well” ,”you first” , “How are you feeling today?”, “Thanks for let me know”, “Have great day”, “keep breathing”, “Love you!”, “All the Best!”.  These phrases show that a person is considerate of others. Even if someone is rude, and not your favorite person it is better to be polite to them rather than sinking to their level.  To be kindness is something that we need have daily practice to softener the muscles of our heart and open up our mind a better perspective.  I am keeping myself practicing every day, some days I do great some other I became low in energies.  So when this happened to me I just take my recovery time and spend some time alone to relax and meditation is my best friend.

When we are not mastering basic politeness our mind and body still can remind bulky and disconnected from present moment.

Let practice every day in our life; you will see how a whole transformation in your Body, Mind and Soul.  Have kindness with you and with others is a basic workout and have infinite levels.  Beginner, Medium and Advance where you can master your own Basic Politeness and loving kindness with the Universe.

1384162_562025863852231_1940243093_n The Pilates Method  is more than fitness system, is a Universe where we learn how to breath, how to move, how to walk and how to flow and how we be present.

Was developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates. Pilates wrote at least two books about the Pilates method: Return to Life through Contrology and Your Health: A Corrective System of Exercising That Revolutionizes the Entire Field of Physical Education. Pilates called his method The Art of Contrology, which refers to the way the method encourages the use of the mind to control the muscles. It is an exercise program that focuses on the core postural muscles that help keep the body balanced and are essential to providing support for the spine. In particular, Pilates Method teach awareness of neutral alignment of the spine and strengthening the deep postural muscles that support this alignment, which are important to help alleviate and prevent back pain and other musculoskeletal issues.

Thought Contrology we achieve better life.  I can experience beyond of the multiples training I have done.  Pilates Method; has being helping me in my own Rehab program.  Honestly I can say “I am Return to Life Thought Contrology” is a motivating book originally published in 1945.

About Yoga

Practicing Yoga at the age of 15 years old. Including Meditation, Pranayama and Asana practice.  Lecture of Yoga Sutras.

To all of my faithful students, thanks you for a wonderful year so far working with all of you. Just to remind you all, in need to reconfirm everyone’s appointments so I can invite people on the waiting list if space becomes available.

Also, as a kind reminder, payment for your classes is needed in advance of the session. Anyone who has amounts owed from classes previously taken or for purchase of any fitness item is requested to clear those amounts along with the fee for their next class before beginning their next class. What is the Alexander Technique?
Always I am searching to learn and spread the benefits.  As a teacher I like to share all the time my path.  I am being mixing a bit Pilates Method and Alexander Technique and blended in one pure session of great energy and creation.  Opening my ribs cage and 
lengthening one vertebrae at the time, taking deep breath and relax and engage my mind, body and soul to move inharmony with the cosmos.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit your session and full session cost will be charged.

Pilates Principals and LuzLife Total Pilates

Centering: Physically bringing the focus to the center of the body, the power house area between the lower ribs and pubic bone. Energetically, Pilates exercises are sourced from center.

Concentration: If one brings full attention to the exercise and does it with full commitment, maximum value will be obtained from each movement.

Control: Every Pilates exercise is done with complete muscular control. No body part is left to its own devices.

Precision: In Pilates, awareness is sustained throughout each movement. There is an appropriate placement, alignment relative to other body parts, and trajectory for each part of the body.

Breath: Joseph Pilates, emphasized using a very full breath in his exercises. He advocated thinking of the lungs as a bellows — using them strongly to pump the air fully in and out of the body. Most Pilates exercises coordinate with the breath, and using the breath properly is an integral part of Pilates exercise.

Flow: Pilates exercise is done in a flowing manner. Fluidity, grace, and ease are goals applied to all exercises. The energy of an exercise connects all body parts and flows through the body in an even way. Pilates equipment, like the reformer, are very good mirrors of one’s flow and concentration as they tend to bang around and suddenly become quite “machine-like” if one loses ones control and flow.
